At Mobile Upholstery we have dealings with many customers of the large retailers who have recently purchased brand new furniture only to realise that what they have bought isn't a patch on what they have just dumped, sold or given away!

If you have a suite that has lasted well, is, or used to be, REALLY COMFORTABLE and given a change of fabric and some new cushion fillings would look as good or better than anything you can find in the shops nowadays, then you should be seriously considering getting the whole thing re covered in a fabric or leather that you can choose at your leisure, in your own home, from an unlimited range! Buying new from a store is literally a lottery.

There is no way of knowing how comfortable that sofa or chair is going to be after an hour or so of sitting on it, and nobody can tell you with confidence (or without losing a sale) how it will wear and how long it is likely to last. With the suite you have, you know the answers to these vital questions already. But please don't think a recover is the cheapest option (refer to the other pages on this website for them).
